Classic Kuro-Uchi 52100 blades with Burnt Mesquite handles.

There are one each, 210, 240, 270mm available. See below for the actual measurements. These blades also feature a new detail for the logo marks. Its an offshoot of the experimental work I’ve been focusing on lately but applied with some restraint.

The 270mm Gyuto has some Tagane marks on the right side. This was necessary to get this one straight. It might be considered a flaw, but on this type of blade, I don’t mind it, personally.

270mm:

240mm:

Actual blade length: 247mm

Blade height: 55mm

Thickness from handle: 4.3mm, 3.2, 2.4, 1.0

210mm:

Actual blade length: 214mm

Blade height: 52mm

Thickness from handle: 4.2mm, 3.3, 2.6, 1.0
