This stainless clad 52100 Gyuto has a large full/new moon motif of tin-silver.
This full moon in probably my favorite of this design so far. On the other hand, the lamination line is a little hight on the new moon side. While symmetry is traditionally prized in this regard, since this blade invites one to view each side as its own composition, I find it unoffensive. Overall, I think its a fine piece.
The handle is African black wood.
